Consignment Questions

Q: What is your USERID on eBay?
A: cryptic_consulting - if you look us up you'll see our feedback record is impecable.

Q: What happens if my item doesn't sell?
A: We will relist your item once for free. If it doesn't sell the second time around, you have two options.
We will send back your item and you pay nothing, or we can keep trying for a small fee.

Q: What happens if the buyer returns my item?
A: Nothing. You keep your money and we will try to cover our expenses by reselling the item.

Q: What if I have a big ticket item to sell (over $2500.00)
A: Contact us and we will work out a pricing plan.

Q: What if I have a large number of items.
A: Contact us and we will work out a pricing plan.

Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: Most of our packages are sent through the US Postal Mail. Some of the larger ones are sent via FEDEX.

ALL OF OUR PACKAGES ARE SENT WITH INSURANCE INCLUDED.

Tech Support Questions

Q: Can I bring my computer to you?
A: Yes! We usually come to your location because it is more convinient for you, but if you would like to drop your PC off for us to work on, we would be glad to do it.

Q: Do you have any business partnerships or professional memberships?
A: We have a Dell Affiliated Business partnership and recommend Dell products
